“Hak Transport Service – Journey Beyond Expectations!”

As of now, there is no official confirmation that the Royal Government of Cambodia has reduced e-Visa fees. The standard fee for a Cambodian e-Visa remains at $30, allowing for a single entry and permitting a maximum stay of 30 days for tourism purposes. This e-Visa can be conveniently obtained online through the official e-Visa portal, making the process more accessible for travelers from various countries. It is important to note that the e-Visa is available to nationals of most countries, simplifying the entry process for tourists planning to visit Cambodia. However, visa policies and fees are subject to change based on government regulations and policies, so travelers should always check for the latest updates before making any travel arrangements. For the most up-to-date and accurate information regarding e-Visa fees, application procedures, and any recent policy changes, it is highly recommended to visit the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia or the official Cambodian e-Visa portal. This ensures that travelers receive the most reliable and current details directly from the authoritative sources, preventing any confusion or misinformation related to visa fees and requirements.

Applying for a Cambodian e-Visa is a straightforward online process. Follow these steps to apply:

Step 1: Visit the Official e-Visa Website

Go to the official Cambodian e-Visa portal: https://www.evisa.gov.kh. This is the only legitimate website authorized by the Cambodian government for e-Visa applications.

Step 2: Create an Account

If you are a first-time user, you will need to create an account by providing your email address and setting up a password. Returning users can log in with their existing credentials.

Step 3: Fill Out the Application Form

Complete the online application form by entering your personal details, passport information, travel details, and contact information. Ensure that all information matches your passport to avoid delays or rejections.

Step 4: Upload Required Documents

You will need to upload:

  • A recent passport-size photo (in JPEG format) with a plain background.
  • A scanned copy of your passport bio page, which should be valid for at least six months from the date of entry into Cambodia.

Step 5: Make the Payment

Pay the e-Visa fee using a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, or other accepted payment methods). The standard e-Visa fee is $30, plus a $6 processing fee. Keep in mind that fees are non-refundable.

Step 6: Receive and Download Your e-Visa

Once your application is approved (usually within 3 business days), you will receive an email notification. Log in to your e-Visa account and download the PDF copy of your e-Visa. Print at least two copies to present upon arrival in Cambodia.

Step 7: Present Your e-Visa Upon Arrival

When you arrive in Cambodia, present your printed e-Visa to immigration officers at designated entry points. Cambodian e-Visa holders can enter through major airports and some land border checkpoints (check the official website for the list of eligible entry points).

Important Notes:

  • The Cambodian e-Visa is valid for three months from the issue date and allows a single entry with a 30-day stay.
  • Some nationalities may not be eligible for an e-Visa and may need to apply for a visa on arrival or at a Cambodian embassy.
  • The e-Visa is not valid for entry at certain land border crossings, so always check the official website for updates.
